近期，合(he)肥國軒高科動(dong)力(li)能源有限公(gong)司（下(xia)稱“我(wo)(wo)公(gong)司”）獲悉，有未經授權的機構和個人(ren)（下(xia)稱“違法(fa)者”）冒用我(wo)(wo)公(gong)司名義(yi)，以“招募摩洛哥(ge)項目勞務人(ren)員”為名實施(shi)詐騙(pian)行為。違法(fa)者偽造并誘騙(pian)受(shou)害(hai)人(ren)簽(qian)署“勞動(dong)雇(gu)傭合(he)同”或類似文件，向受(shou)害(hai)人(ren)承諾高薪(xin)并收取“履約保證金”等費用。對此(ci)，我(wo)(wo)公(gong)司鄭(zheng)重聲(sheng)明如下(xia)： 

一(yi)、上述違(wei)法者及其違(wei)法行為與我(wo)公司(si)不存在(zai)任何(he)(he)關聯(lian)。我(wo)公司(si)從(cong)未委(wei)托或(huo)授權任何(he)(he)境內、境外第(di)三方機構或(huo)個人(ren)，以“摩洛哥項目勞務(wu)招(zhao)聘”或(huo)類似(si)名義開展招(zhao)聘活動。

二、我(wo)公司(si)在全球的任(ren)(ren)何(he)(he)招聘(pin)程序或用工項(xiang)目中，均不(bu)會以任(ren)(ren)何(he)(he)形(xing)式向求職者收取保證(zheng)金(jin)、報名費、手續費等(deng)任(ren)(ren)何(he)(he)費用。

三、任何以我公司名義或聲(sheng)稱與我司存(cun)在(zai)“委托、授(shou)權、合作”關系，代(dai)表或代(dai)理我公司進行(xing)(xing)(xing)招聘并收取(qu)費用(yong)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)，均(jun)屬詐騙行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)。

四、我公司保(bao)留(liu)對違(wei)法者追究民事法律責任的權利，并將全力(li)配合(he)相關(guan)(guan)刑事偵查機(ji)關(guan)(guan)、司法機(ji)關(guan)(guan)和執法部門，對上(shang)述違(wei)法者的行為予以追訴(su)。

五、我公(gong)司建議(yi)求(qiu)職者：在(zai)向任何第三方招(zhao)聘機(ji)構、人員提供個(ge)人信息、賬戶(hu)信息和其(qi)他信息前，謹慎(shen)從事、仔細核實(shi)對方的(de)身份；在(zai)求(qiu)職過(guo)程(cheng)中，如果被(bei)要求(qiu)支付任何金錢、財物或簽署(shu)任何需(xu)要承擔(dan)支付義務的(de)法律文書，應立即予(yu)以拒絕(jue)，并可向當地勞動執法機(ji)關舉報(bao)。如已產生損失，請及時主動向屬地公(gong)安機(ji)關報(bao)案，維護(hu)自身合(he)法權益。

Statement

Recently, Hefei Gotion High-tech Power Energy Co.,Ltd. (“the Company”) has become aware that certain unauthorized organizations and individuals (“the Infringers”) have been fraudulently misusing the Company’s name to conduct recruitment for “Morocco Project”. By falsifying “Labor Employment Contracts” or similar documents under the so-called “high salaries”, the Infringers fraudulently induce victims to sign, with the intent of illicitly collecting “performance deposits” and other fees.

In light of these incidents, the Company hereby states as follows,

1. The aforementioned Infringers and their illegal activities have no relation with the Company. The Company has never delegated or authorized any domestic or foreign third-party organization or individual to conduct recruitment activities under the name of “Morocco Project Labor Recruitment” or any similar subject.

2. The Company does not, at any stage of its global recruitment procedures or employment projects, charge any form of fee from job applicants. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, registration fees, service charges, or any similar payments.

3. Any act of soliciting fees in the name of the Company, or claiming to have an “delegation, authorization, or cooperation” relationship with the Company to represent or act as an agent for the Company’s recruitment, shall all constitute fraudulent activity.

4. The Company reserves the right to pursue civil liability against the Infringers and will fully cooperate with relevant criminal investigation authorities, judicial bodies, and law enforcement departments to prosecute the aforementioned illegal acts of the Infringers.

5. The job applicants are recommended to exercise caution and carefully verify the identity of any third-party recruitment agencies or personnel before providing personal information, bank account details, or other information. During the recruitment process, if you are asked to pay any money, provide any valuables, or sign any legal documents that need to undertake payment obligations, please refuse and/or report this to local labor enforcement authorities. If losses have already occurred, please promptly and proactively report to local police department to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
